Apartment Maintenance Technician

•Full-time
$14 - $18 hourly

Job Responsibilities:

Track and complete work orders on occupied and vacant apartments, and amenities.
Perform timely repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (if licensed), carpentry, sheet rocking, painting, lighting, etc.
Preparing apartments for tour/new resident move ins by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, trash out, punch out, scheduling vendors where necessary.
Assist with property inspections such as semi-annual, fire safety, pest control, etc.
Keep records stock and inventory of maintenance supplies and submit orders when materials are needed.
Keep tools, supplies and work area clean and functioning properly.
Complete any additional projects as requested under the direction of the Property manager.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must pass a background check.
