Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Field Operations Manager who is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of multiple properties within a designated region. This role ensures that all properties meet organizational standards for efficiency, compliance, tenant satisfaction, and profitability. The manager serves as a key liaison between property teams and senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence spanning six states. This role will oversee 150+ employees, driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality resident experiences across all properties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations across a multi-state portfolio.
- Supervise and support regional and property-level teams.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor property performance metrics, including occupancy rates, rent collection, and maintenance efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and address operational challenges.
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence.
- Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with property managers to implement strategies for revenue growth and expense control.
- Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
- Oversee safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans for all properties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in property management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
- Proven leadership experience in property management or operations.
- Strong background in managing large teams and multi-site operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate within 45 miles of Navasota, TX.

- Willingness to travel across the portfolio as needed 25% (Preferred).
